    Interface AttachmentResource

    One stored attachment on an async message.

    url is a short-lived presigned download link, minted fresh on every GET /v1/async-consults/{id}/messages read — fetch promptly, never persist the URL (persist the bytes if you need them). Webhook payloads omit url; re-read the message endpoint to download.
