Interface GetPhysicianAgendaResponse

The physician's booked appointments in the window, soonest first: rows that still hold a time (scheduled, waiting, in_progress) — a cancelled or missed appointment releases its slot and is no longer on the agenda. Each row's scheduledAt is an instant; render it in timezone, and show the patient's own clock from its patientTimezone when that differs.

The zone to render this agenda in: the physician's calendar zone (schedulingTimezone, else the clinic's). Label the times with it.
