    What describeTimeZone returns: enough to render one picker row.

    id: string

    The id, as given.

    offsetMinutes: number

    UTC offset at the instant described, in minutes.

    offsetLabel: string

    UTC+02:00 — see formatOffset.

    longName: string

    The zone's long name in locale at that instant — "Central European Summer Time", "heure d’été d’Europe centrale". Falls back to the id when the runtime has no name for it.
