    Body of POST /v1/async-consults.

    consent declares how patient consent is handled:

    • 'collected' — YOU already collected consent in your own UX; the consult skips the invite phase and is queued/assigned immediately.
    • 'embed' — the <natzar-async> embed collects consent from the patient; the consult stays invited until they answer, and the create response carries a sessionToken for the widget.
