Query of GET /v1/telehealth-consults/{id}/slots. Pass the PATIENT's zone
as timezone and the whole grid comes back in it — from/to are read
in it, every slot's localDate is in it, and the response's timezone
confirms it — so a day grid groups by the patient's days, not the
clinic's. Without it the grid is in the clinic's zone.
