The headless twin of the <natzar-async> widget's consent step, and the
alternative to asserting consent: 'collected' at creation time: create
the consult with consent: 'embed', render your own consent screen, then
post the answer here. accept: false closes the consult
(closedReason: 'declined').
Only valid while the consult is invited (409 thread_not_active
otherwise). Repeating an accept is idempotent.
