asks for the way into their call. An empty object (or omit it).
Requires a physician credential, and the consult must be assigned to that
physician (409 not_assigned otherwise — including while it is still
waiting for a match). What comes back depends on the consult's state:
in_progress carries a LiveKit grant; ringing carries none (the patient's
client is still confirming — keep polling the workspace); a terminal state
carries only status. Calling it also counts as a presence heartbeat.
